End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: July 3rd, 2025
This EULA is a binding agreement between you and Glimmex, Inc. By using the Glim App, you accept the following terms.
1.License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, or sell the App
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works
- Circumvent any security or usage restrictions
3.Ownership
All intellectual property in the App belongs to Glimmex, Inc.
4.Updates
We may update the App periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
5.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6.Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility.
7.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Mexico. If you reside in another country or region, such as the United States, Canada, or the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer or data protection laws.
9.Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App or on our website. By continuing to use Glim after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
